The hotel location is AMAZING and central. The room was big and well-equipped. I found the staff to be very helpful and efficient. The bar area also had complimentary games. Shuffleboard and table tennis were available.
The postcode directed me to an underground car park. THERE weren't any proper parking facilities for offloading bags. The QR codes to access hotel services were not user-friendly.

chrome cast issueloud noise
The chrome cast feature was a BIG disappointment. I chose this hotel specifically because it offered chrome cast, but it didn't work . Staff said it was a problem on their end, but there wasn't ANY prior notice. The noise from outside was also bothersome. I was on the 6th floor, and it was still LOUD.

the parking was away from the hotel and a proper pain. you need to book it online to get a discount, so you have to drive in, drive out, book it, then drive back in. also, the tv in my room didn't work. it turned on, but i couldnt watch anything.
